Preparing for the big move
Today is my third day since I finished work, and the reality of moving in less than three weeks is starting to sink in.
I swanned around the first two days thinking that 'retirement' is a great thing, but have spent this morning doing the first round of cleaning out Brannan's room (the second round will be when he goes to Mum's in the holidays) and taking pictures of items like the gas heater, fridge, tv, etc for the TradeMe online auctions.
Brannan and Mark are having a fantastic time with TradeMe... I think Mark might've missed his calling as a 'trader' :-) They've listed most of Mark's tools and Bran's lego, and are getting a real kick out of checking how the auctions are progressing.
Also have the first garage sale planned for this weekend - should be fun!
Mum told me last night that she would like to come with us to Vietnam, and might meet us for the last leg of our Asian adventure... Mum this is now written on the web... so no backing out :-)
